Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Access.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices.

• Proven problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end customer returns from initiation to closure.
• Create and manage return tickets in C4C and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate equipment relocations including transport and documentation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, technicians, warehouses and freight providers.
• Monitor progress, escalate delays and ensure accurate records in SAP S/4HANA.
