Job summary

Altius Group in Campbelltown is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to assess and address physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that affect return to work.

You will identify barriers, deliver assessments (Initial Needs, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Vocational Assessments) and coordinate with employers, medical professionals and clients to empower successful reintegration.

Qualifications

• A qualification in rehabilitation counselling or related field.
• Experience in return-to-work programs or case management is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
