Job summary

Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to work from our Campbelltown office, addressing physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that affect return-to-work outcomes. • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
• Associate or Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration as Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under WorkCover.
• Provide holistic support to restore functional performance via assessments (Initial Needs Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Vocational Assessments).
• Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, wellbeing programs and upskilling.
• Collaborate with individuals, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
