Job summary

Konekt is seeking Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist professionals to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions from Launceston, TAS. The role supports clients to return to meaningful activity and employment with flexible scheduling options.

You will assess needs, coordinate care, and work with stakeholders to enable recovery and safe return to work. Relocation assistance and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA is required.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant health field is essential.
• ESSA (AEP) registration is preferred.
• Working with Children Check and National Criminal History Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
• Assess workers’ treatment and rehabilitation needs after injury or illness.
• Support return-to-work by reviewing transferable skills and options.
• Conduct functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic or ADL assessments as appropriate.
• Manage cases to coordinate progression toward return to work.
• Engage with stakeholders to support business objectives.
