Job summary

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions in Australia. You will support individuals and organisations toward sustainable return-to-work outcomes, working within a multidisciplinary team across various industries.

You will assess needs, manage cases, and help clients identify employment or training options, contributing to ongoing client care and program development.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP.
• Tertiary qualifications in OT, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Help people return to meaningful employment.
• Deliver services and advice across industries in a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs after work-related or non-work-related injuries.
• Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
• Perform assessments including functional capacity, worksite, ergonomics or daily living assessments.
• Case management to plan and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop strong partnerships.
