Job summary

Konekt has an exciting opportunity to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions across Australia. We are seeking Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist to help people return to meaningful work.

Join a supportive team with flexible day structure, 9-day fortnight option, relocation assistance, ongoing training and development, and an uncapped incentive program.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA and ESSA (AEP) required.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• Current Working with Children Check required.
• Willingness to undergo National Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Return workers to meaningful engagement in occupations.
• Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs after injury or illness.
• Identify future employment or training options based on transferable skills.
• Conduct functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic, and ADL assessments as appropriate.
• Provide effective case management to plan and monitor progress toward return to work.
• Engage with stakeholders to support business objectives.

Education
