Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Full professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Empathy and resilience to support clients through recovery journeys.
• Current NSW driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals across schemes.
• Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
• Conduct worksite, ergonomic and functional capacity assessments and workmatch evaluations.
• Liaise with treating parties to create graded return-to-work plans and support goals.
