Qualifications

• Experience managing workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Knowledge of SRCA/Comcare and self-insurance beneficial.
• Experience with rehabilitation providers and occupational rehab.

Responsibilities

• Support injured employees through recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Partner with leaders, employees, insurers and rehabilitation providers.
• Deliver positive rehabilitation outcomes while ensuring legislative compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records and stakeholder communications.
