Job summary

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes across diverse industries.

You will evaluate rehabilitation needs, conduct assessments, and manage cases while engaging stakeholders to build strong partnerships and deliver real impacts for people and organisations.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP.
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.

Responsibilities

• Use your specialist knowledge to help people return to meaningful employment.
• Deliver services and advice to a variety of industries across the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers after injury or illness.
• Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
• Perform assessments in clinical areas including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
• Case management to plan and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
