Job summary

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You will join a multidisciplinary team and work across industries to assess needs, coordinate plans, and support clients on their path to recovery.

The role emphasizes compassionate client care, independence within a team, and ongoing professional development within a supportive, globally connected organisation.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP.
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• National Criminal History Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help people return to meaningful employment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver services and advice across industries along the employee lifecycle.
• Assess treatment and rehabilitation needs for injuries or illnesses.
• Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
• Conduct functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
• Engage stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
