Job summary

Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution (RFBI) is seeking a Retirement Living Village Coordinator to oversee day-to-day village operations across NSW/ACT. The role emphasizes compliance, high service standards, and coordination of contracts and resident data within the Epicor system.

You will travel throughout RFBI’s network, ensuring accurate data, strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivery of excellent resident experiences while supporting budget-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
• Ability to travel between network of villages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and administration of Retirement Village units.
• Populate and execute Retirement Village Contracts with delegated parties.
• Input resident data into Epicor and manage departures.
• Professionally manage day-to-day village operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor village financial performance within budget.
• Support sales, marketing and customer satisfaction efforts to maintain occupancy.
• Implement risk management and continuous improvement programs.
