Job summary

RFBI Cessnock Masonic Village is seeking a passionate Lifestyle Officer to join our lifestyle team. You will design and deliver activities tailored to residents, considering their physical, social and recreational needs.

You will update care plans, contribute to the activities calendar, promote programs within the village and community, and maintain clear documentation. A caring attitude for seniors and experience with dementia are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care.
• Genuine interest in and commitment to caring for seniors.
• Demonstrated experience in a role working with people living with dementia.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
