Aveo is seeking a Community Manager for Peninsula Gardens Retirement Living, Bayview NSW. This permanent full-time role leads operations, safety, and resident services across a 110+ villa community, driving a culture of exceptional customer care and financial performance.

You will manage budgets, partner with maintenance and care teams, and mentor a diverse team to deliver a welcoming, well-run environment for residents across the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management in a large team.
• Strong customer engagement and resident service focus.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L awareness, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common software applications.
• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retirement village to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, facilities, and compliance across the community.
• Manage budgets, present financial updates to residents and committees.
• Recruit, onboard, roster and develop department managers and staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless resident experience.
