Qualifications

• Experience leading operations or general management in hospitality, retirement living or related sectors.
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to drive resident satisfaction, financial performance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retirement community, ensuring service excellence.
• Foster a culture of resident satisfaction through open communication and professional conduct.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting and presentations to residents and committees.
• Collaborate with maintenance, care, legal, marketing, risk and other internal teams.
• Manage recruitment, rostering, performance coaching and development of the team.
