Job summary

Westcon Landscaping is seeking experienced Labourers to join our construction crews on large residential sub-division projects on the Central Coast. You’ll support skilled tradespeople with general labouring tasks and assist with retaining wall installations.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in civil or landscape construction, a White Card, a current driver’s licence, and the fitness to work outdoors. A team-focused mindset and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in civil or landscape construction, retaining wall preferred.
• White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist excavator operators with footing excavation and auger work.
• Footing preparation, compaction and drainage installation.
• Hands-on labouring across all stages of retaining wall construction.
• Prepare and clean work areas, move materials, and set out walls.
• Operate basic site equipment and hand tools safely.
• Follow site safety procedures and report issues promptly.
