The role requires a White Card, a valid driver’s licence, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in civil construction and knowledge of local regulations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to apply knowledge of OH&S requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

• Experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of local council subdivisional standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant local authority regulations (e.g., Power, Communications, Water, Gas).

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including fencing, signage, and barriers.

Perform manual excavation, trenching, and backfilling.
