Broad Engineering & Construction in Toowoomba QLD is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Labourer to join our retaining wall team. This role suits practical, safety-focused individuals who enjoy outdoor work and contributing to high-quality civil projects.

You will assist with concrete retaining wall construction, site preparation, and general civil labouring, operate plant when licensed, and follow SWMS and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, especially retaining walls.
• Must have a current Construction Industry White Card.
• Physical ability to perform manual construction duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction and installation of concrete retaining walls.
• Undertake site preparation and general civil labouring duties.
• Assist with installing posts, concrete sleepers, drainage and related materials.
• Safely operate plant/equipment where licensed.
• Follow site plans, SWMS and WHS requirements.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
