Job summary

Nature’s Energy Day Spa & Bathhouse Group is seeking friendly Retail / Wellness Attendants to join our team across Glebe, Newtown and Balmain. You will be the face of our brand, delivering welcoming, memorable experiences and guiding guests through wellness product and service options.

This role blends retail and spa hospitality with a focus on exceptional service, cleanliness and polished presentation. Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities with excellent pay are available.

We are looking for warm, polished and service-focused Retail / Wellness Attendants to join our team.

This is more than a standard retail role. You will be the face of our brand, helping create calm, welcoming and memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the role
As a Retail / Wellness Attendant, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and energy of our wellness spaces. You will support clients with product and service enquiries, assist with bookings and front-of-house flow, maintain beautiful standards throughout the space, and help ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

What you’ll be doing

Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence

Assisting clients with wellness product and service enquiries

Recommending suitable retail products and experiences

Maintaining a clean, calm and beautifully presented environment - picking up towels, clearning cups and general cleaning

Supporting operations throughout the day spa & bathhouse

Helping deliver a premium guest experience aligned with our brand values

Contributing to wellness events, activations and guest engagement

About you

You love customer service and take pride in creating meaningful experiences

You have a genuine interest in wellness, health and natural living

You are polished, proactive and reliable

You communicate clearly and confidently and are not afraid to sell products

You enjoy working in a team and maintaining high standards and don't mind cleaning

Retail, spa, wellness, hospitality preferred, but not essential
