Zusammenfassung

Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Retail Trainer to join the Retail Training team. The role focuses on creating and delivering learning solutions about products and best practice sales training, with responsibility for workshops, both in-person and digital, across ANZ.

You will work with senior stakeholders, curate training content, and manage the LMS to ensure up-to-date, accessible resources. Based in New South Wales with travel across the Sydney area and potentially NZ.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for retail or sales teams.
• Ability to facilitate engaging workshops both in-person and digitally.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across multiple levels to align learning priorities.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the curation of sales and product training strategy with the Head of Retail Training.
• Deliver workshops face-to-face and digital across ANZ for all sales teams.
• Support stores with 1-2-1 and small group training to embed skills and product knowledge.
• Design, develop and deliver blended learning solutions including online modules.
• Manage Freedom's Learning Management System content and ensure accessibility.
