Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated Retail Trade Salesperson for our Port Macquarie team. You will handle over-the-counter and phone sales, assist customers with current promotions, and provide solutions to inquiries while maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service or trade experience required.

• Interested in tradies looking to put down the tools.

Responsabilités

• Process over the counter/phone sale transactions.
• Inform customers about current promotions and offers.
• Address customer queries and provide solutions.
• Manage merchandising and store displays.
• Participate in regular training to improve tool knowledge and sales.
• Work one rostered day on weekends (11 Day Rosters).

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
• Manage merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
• 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 Day Roster)
