Job summary

Metcash is seeking a Retail Technology Service Delivery Advisor to support independent retailers across Food, Grocery and Liquor. Based in Crestmead, QLD (preferred) with Sydney, NSW considered, you’ll spend much time on the road visiting sites, delivering training and providing hands-on technology support.

You’ll build relationships with retailers, work with POS systems, loyalty platforms and eCommerce programs, and help implement tech solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail technology, POS systems or related technology solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse retailers.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with independent retailers, POS vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide on-site and remote support across retail tech solutions including POS, loyalty platforms and eCommerce.
• Deliver engaging training and coaching to retailers and end users.
• Support implementation and rollout of tech solutions across multiple sites.
• Manage multiple projects and retailer requests, prioritising effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues to ensure a positive retailer experience.
• Contribute to strategic tech initiatives and change management projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system records.
• Identify opportunities to improve retailer performance through better use of tech.
• Travel regularly to retail sites to provide hands-on support and guidance.
