Job summary

The Reject Shop in Tamworth is hiring for a Team Member to support day-to-day store operations and create a great customer experience.

You will serve customers, refill shelves, keep the store clean and safe, and rotate across different areas as part of a collaborative team. Training is provided, with flexible shifts to fit around other commitments, and support from a friendly local team.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands‑on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Want flexible shifts around school, study, sport or other commitments
• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
