Job summary

The Reject Shop Sunbury is hiring Team Members to help run the store and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll join a hands-on, supportive team with flexible shifts and training from day one.

Responsibilities include serving customers, replenishing shelves, keeping the store clean and safe, and assisting across departments as needed; you’ll learn retail routines and standards while staying active and on your feet.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required; training and support are provided.
• This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.
• Willingness to learn, a positive attitude and reliability are important.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
