Job summary

The Reject Shop in Sale, Australia is seeking a Team Member to support the day-to-day running of the store and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll serve customers, restock shelves, keep the store clean and safe, and work across different areas with the team.

Training is provided to help you learn quickly and contribute from day one. Shifts are flexible to fit around school, study or other commitments, with busier trading periods including afternoons and weekends.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands‑on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
