Job summary

JB Hi‑Fi is seeking a friendly store team member to help across our stores, from customer facing to back‑of‑house tasks. You will deliver a high level of customer service and assist customers with the latest technology, home entertainment and appliances.

You will contribute to merchandising on the sales floor, support stock deliveries and processing, and help maintain the JB Hi‑Fi brand and store experience.

Job Description

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back‑of‑house.
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre‑, during and post‑sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi‑Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focus and result driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
