Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to support our customers with expert advice and help create an exceptional store experience. You will assist across customer facing areas and back-of-house, contributing to our high-energy team and the JB Hi-Fi brand.

You’ll engage with home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and games; communicate effectively with a diverse group; and participate in merchandising, stock processing, and receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focus and result driven.

Responsibilities

• Help across areas within stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide high level of customer service during pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience via merchandising on the sales floor.
• Support stock delivery and processing into store following receiving processes.

Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
