Job summary

JB Hi‑Fi is looking for a Retail Team Member to contribute to a high-performance store culture and deliver excellent customer experiences across the shop floor. You will support multiple areas from customer service to back-of-house operations and stock processing, ensuring the JB Hi‑Fi brand standards are upheld.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic, motivated teamwork, with a focus on product knowledge and strong communication across a diverse customer base.

Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
