Job summary

JB Hi-Fi on the Gold Coast is seeking team members to help across store areas, delivering high levels of customer service and participating in merchandising, stocking, and checkout processes.

You will engage with customers, support the store team, and contribute to a positive JB Hi-Fi brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
• Customer focus and result driven
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
