JB Hi-Fi in Australia is seeking a Retail Team Member to help deliver a high standard of customer service across the store, from front‑of‑store to back‑of‑house. You will contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑performance culture and ensure the in‑store experience aligns with the JB Hi‑Fi brand.

Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

• Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated

• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
