Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a Retail Team Member in Australia to help create a high‑performing store culture with a focus on exceptional customer experiences. You will assist in multiple areas, including customer service, merchandising, and stock receiving, to support daily store operations and meet sales goals.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that values diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, with opportunities for career development and employee benefits across the JB Hi‑Fi Group.

• Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide a high level of customer service standards during pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
