JB Hi-Fi Limited is seeking a Retail Team Member to help deliver outstanding customer service, merchandise across the sales floor, and support stock flow. You’ll contribute to a high-performing store culture in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hybrid working for eligible positions, great discounts across the JB Hi-Fi Group, and career development programs as part of a large national retailer.

Qualifications

• Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.

Responsabilités

• Create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring great customer experience across the store.
• Help across a number of areas within stores from customer facing to our back of house.
• Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising all products on the sales floor.
• Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following receiving processes.

Job Description
