As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you’ll be the go-to and support for the store’s senior leadership team. You’ll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department.

By leading by example, you’ll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in fast-paced retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Experience with merchandising standards and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store leadership team in daily operations.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and guidance to the team.
• Onboard and train new team members, and monitor performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards and coordinate stock management.
