Job summary

City Beach in Carindale is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the leadership team in daily store operations and supervise team members. You will lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer service, extensive product knowledge, and effective solutions to customers.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet KPIs across Sales, People, Compliance, and Visual Merchandising, while maintaining stockroom standards and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developing leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to store operations and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead store shifts, opening/closing, cash handling, and team supervision.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to drive solutions.
• Support stock management, shrinkage reduction, store presentation and promotions.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve KPIs in Sales, People, Compliance, and Visual Merchandising.
• Assist in driving store budgets and targets and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members and report outcomes to leadership.
