Job summary

City Beach is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Willows store to support the leadership team in daily operations and supervise store teams. You will lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and service, while collaborating withStore leadership to hit key KSIs.

You will manage stock flow, assist with promotions, and supervise shifts, ensuring high standards of presentation and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-service role.
• Experience with the operational supervision of a store is highly desirable.
• Experience in retail visual merchandising is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce customer-centric experiences for every shopper.
• Ensure stores are open and ready to be shopped.
• Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales.
• Maintain neat shopfloor and set up stores for promotions and sales.
• Lead shifts and manage cash handling and store security as required.
• Provide leadership and coaching to store teams.
