Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Echuca, VIC, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 20, uphold brand standards, and drive sales through guest-centric service.

This role offers a 38-hour week, on-site work, clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and an unlimited clothing discount for you and your family. You’ll join a team focused on engagement, training, and career progression.

• Demonstrated leadership experience leading a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service focus and retail mindset.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Stock Allocator to maintain stock levels.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
