The Reject Shop Ltd. in Moree is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead with energy, purpose and a people-first mindset.

You will drive operational excellence, coach a diverse team on the sales floor, and deliver great customer experiences across our store. You’ll be responsible for frontline leadership, achieving sales targets, ensuring safety and a positive culture, and adapting to a major transformation as we grow.

Moree is part of that journey, and we are looking for a hands-on Retail Store Manager to take the lead. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
• Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
• Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
• Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience

• Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
• Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
