Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Store Manager for an iconic Australian retailer in the Cairns region. You will lead a team of around six, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• People-focused leadership with a commitment to customer service.
• Sound cash handling and point of sale experience.
