You will empower your team, recruit and train staff, handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high-energy in-store environment and a strong brand presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to drive sales, motivate a team and manage day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock management and execution of visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
• Handle store administration including payroll, banking and rosters.
