Job summary

Stylerunner Pacific Fair is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, coach staff, drive sales, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, teamwork, and uphold the Stylerunner brand promise in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, manage rosters, stock, and compliance while maintaining a vibrant, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
