Job summary

Unison Label’s Claremont Concept Store in WA is recruiting a Store Manager who will lead a small team and elevate the customer experience. You will drive sales, mentor up to 5 staff, and partner with leadership to run a profitable concession pad while ensuring operational excellence.

You should bring hands-on leadership, a passion for fashion, and an eye for styling and visual merchandising. The role offers a clear career pathway, a clothing allowance, and a culture that celebrates collaboration

Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
