Job summary

Unison Label is expanding its concession at Myer Sunshine Plaza in Queensland, seeking a Concession Manager to lead a small team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work within the Brandbank Group portfolio, driving sales, training staff, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role offers a flexible 3- or 4-day work week with Saturdays fixed, plus generous staff benefits including discounts across Brandbank brands, clothing allowance, and quarterly bonus potential.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead Myer Sunshine Plaza. The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
