Job summary

Brandbank Group in Claremont Concept Store, Perth region, is looking for a Store Manager to lead a small team and deliver a premium customer experience. This permanent, full-time role offers a clear career pathway and leadership exposure within a iconic Australian retailer.

You will drive sales, train staff, manage rosters and back-of-house duties, while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising. This is a on-site opportunity at a flagship store with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Able to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's in line with budgets.
• Attention to detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
