The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Canberra. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it is like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.

• Build genuine relationships with customers, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
• Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
• Support visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
