Dotti is seeking a Store Manager for our Northlakes store. You will lead a fashion-minded team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. The role requires weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability and offers a supportive, training-forward environment.

You’ll mentor staff, manage merchandising and store operations, and drive a positive, inclusive culture that energizes both customers and team members.

Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our Northlakes store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who’s all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. This is a Full-Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

• Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.

• Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
• Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
