Dotti in Hurstville is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead by example, and create a lively, customer-focused store environment.

This role requires weekend and public holiday availability with late-night trading. You will help train and coach staff, manage inventory, and contribute to visual merchandising to keep our store looking fabulous.

We’re looking for a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join the Dotti team at ourHurstvillestore! If you’re passionate about leading by example, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want you on board. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and create a lively, fun atmosphere in store.

This is a Part Time (min 25hours a week)role requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.
