Job summary

Dotti is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for our Cairns store. You’ll support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead by example, and foster a fun, customer-focused atmosphere.

The role is 25+ hours per week with weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability. You’ll help train staff, manage stock, and contribute to visual merchandising to keep the store looking fabulous.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership or supervisory background.
• Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to support sales goals and coach your team to success.
• Visual merchandising experience is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.

We’re looking for a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join the Dotti team at ourCairnsstore! If you’re passionate about leading by example, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want you on board. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and create a lively, fun atmosphere in store.
