Dotti is seeking a Store Manager for our Colanadesstore in Adelaide. You will lead a fashion‑savvy team, drive sales, manage KPIs, and maintain a vibrant, customer-focused store environment.

You'll train and coach staff, optimise visual merchandising, and schedule rosters to align with trading hours. The role requires weekend availability and an energetic, results‑driven leader committed to a fun, inclusive shopping experience.

• Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs
• Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail
