Job summary

Amart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Warrawong to support the Store Manager in leading the sales floor, coaching the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences daily. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, drive sales through coaching, roster management and strong visual standards, and partner with the Store Manager to grow capability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the shop floor, work with customers and inspire home styling.
• Coach sales team to build confidence and product knowledge.

• Partner with Store Manager to manage priorities, rosters and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Use in-store systems to support the sales journey and customer follow-up.
