Job summary

GAZMAN in Mooloolaba seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage rostering, inventory, merchandising and promotions, fostering a supportive, family‑style store culture. The role runs Tue–Sat, 35 hours weekly, with a competitive salary, product allowance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday, 35 hours per week.
• Hands-on, people-first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team development.
• Confident, values-led communicator who leads by example.
• Great visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences and grow a loyal customer base.
• Manage rostering, training, inventory, merchandising and promotions.

• Support Store Manager in daily store operations.
