ALDI Stores in Sydney is seeking a Store Assistant to join our busy retail team. No prior retail knowledge is required; a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn will set you up for success.

Our stores open daily with weekend shifts. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, price items and create eye-catching displays, while enjoying a supportive team and extensive training to grow into permanent part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work across different store tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the registers with a smile.
• Keep shelves stocked and ensure products are in date and correctly priced.
• Create attractive displays for ALDI special buys and promotions.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organised store environment.
• Support stock handling and general store operations as required.
